Not another south-island holiday factory

Most “property management Fuerteventura” pages sell the same product: tourist apartments on Airbnb and Booking, concentrated in Morro Jable, Costa Calma, and Jandía. That can work for licensed holiday stock in the south. It is a poor default for a villa in Corralejo, a quiet apartment a remote worker would actually live in, or a home that should not be turned every three nights.

We manage a small portfolio in the north and match the stay length to the building: longer furnished lets for people working from the island, licensed short stays where the licence and the house allow it. It depends on how the home will be let. Classic short-stay holiday rentals marketed as tourism usually need the correct tourist registration. Mid-term furnished lets are a different use. We review your address and community rules before anything goes live — we will not list a tourist product without the licence it needs.
