Lajares sits inland of the north coast — a surf town, not a harbour strip. Stock leans villas and chalets more than one-bed tourist apartments. Guests who book here usually want wind, space, and a month, not a weekend next to shops.
We run the operation from Corralejo. Lajares is close enough to service to the same standard: listing, calendar, cleaning, trades. We do not pretend it is the same product as a beachfront loft.
Why Lajares is different
Less resort tourism, more residential streets. Community rules are often calmer than Corralejo harbour buildings, but you still cannot assume a VV is welcome — or even available. New VVs are frozen island-wide.
Mid-term is the honest default for most houses here. Licensed short-stay only where the building and the licence actually allow it. Forcing weekend turns on a quiet inland chalet is how you pick a fight with neighbours.

- Corralejo office. Close enough for turns, trades, and a visit. Not a mainland WhatsApp operator.
