This is one of the most common questions from owners. The short answer: tourist holiday lets and mid-term furnished rentals sit under different use cases. You should get advice for your specific property — here is how we think about it.
Tourist licence is for tourist product
If you want to run classic short-stay holiday rentals marketed as tourism accommodation, local rules typically expect the correct tourist registration (VV or equivalent) and compliance with those channels.
Skipping that path and listing anyway on major OTAs is a risk we do not recommend.
Mid-term is a different guest
Guests staying a month or more are not booking a weekend break. For those homes we focus on longer stays, direct booking, and professional management.
Whether your specific address and community rules allow a given rental model depends on the property. We review that on a call before taking anything live.
What we will tell you honestly
If a home is only viable as licensed short-stay tourism stock, we will say so. If a longer-stay model fits better — or a mix — we will explain occupancy, guest profile, and realistic income without forcing every property into the same template.
