La Oliva is the administrative capital of the municipality — inland, residential, more town than resort. Properties tend to be larger: family houses, chalets, space. Guests looking for a weekend beach strip are in the wrong place. People staying a month to work or live are not.

We are Corralejo-based. La Oliva is in the same north we already drive. We will not take a house we cannot turn and maintain properly.

Why La Oliva is different

This is not harbour tourism. Short-stay VV product is a weaker default; mid-term or longer is usually the honest model. Community rules in residential streets often resist tourist traffic even when a licence exists.

Larger homes cost more to clean and to heat/cool. Pricing has to reflect that. A copied Corralejo apartment rate will lie.
