What we take on
Calendar, pricing, guest screening, cleaning between stays, maintenance coordination, and being the number guests actually message. You are not running a hospitality desk from your phone.
We only take a villa live if WiFi, a usable work surface, and quiet hold up. If the house only works as licensed short-stay tourism stock, we will say so on the call.
