The Canary Islands sit on WET (UTC+0) in winter and WEST (UTC+1) in summer — the same offset as the UK, and one hour behind mainland Spain and most of central Europe. Useful if your clients are in London or Lisbon; still workable for Berlin or Paris.
Fuerteventura Airport (FUE) has year-round direct flights from much of Europe. The climate is dry and windy rather than tropical — winters are mild enough to work without heating, summers are hot but not equatorial.

Spain’s digital nomad visa
Spain’s telework / digital nomad residence permit (introduced under Law 28/2022) is aimed at non-EU remote workers employed by or contracting with companies outside Spain. Proof of accommodation is typically part of the file, alongside income, insurance, and other documents set by the Spanish government.
We can confirm a booking and provide a stay confirmation for an address we manage. We cannot advise on eligibility, income thresholds, or application strategy — those change, and we are not lawyers.

- Is there a minimum stay?
- Yes. Each home has a minimum stay set on the calendar (it can vary by date). It is shown on the booking widget. If you need shorter, message us — we can sometimes make an exception.
- Do you offer monthly discounts?
- Longer stays are the product. The booking widget shows a nightly rate and a 30-night reference from that rate. Ask us on WhatsApp for a specific month and we will quote the stay as a block.
- Can I get residency or visa documentation for this address?
- We can issue a confirmation of your booking and the property address. We cannot guarantee a visa outcome or act as your legal representative.
- Is there reliable WiFi across all properties?
- Every live home publishes a real fibre speed (download and upload). We do not list a home on “should be fine.” Speeds are on each property page.
- Do you have availability for teams / more than one person?
- Yes where the home sleeps more than one — villas sleep up to six, apartments and chalets typically two to four. Check the listing. For a whole team, message us with dates and headcount before you book.
